Content synchronization is available for Voice, Sequences, Social Handy, ClassIt, and Agenda apps (models only).
To sync app content:
- Ensure that compatible apps are up-to-date on the Gestionnaire.
- Launch the compatible apps (Voice, Sequences, and Social Handy) once to allow for local synchronization.
- Let one of the compatible apps perform a complete synchronization.
The status is visible in the helping bar at the top of the screen. When synchronization is in progress, you will see it displayed like this:
When the button stops moving, and there is no exclamation point, synchronization is complete!
Synchronization will automatically restart every 10 minutes when a compatible app is open but can be manually restarted if you have just modified content.
Please note, the initial synchronization may take a considerable amount of time: all your customized content must be sent to the Cloud, which may take time depending on your connection speed. This will also be the case if you create a lot of content, especially videos on Sequences.
If synchronization fails, please check that your connection is stable and has an acceptable bandwidth and latency. For this, please refer to our article: Check the performance of your connection.
If, despite following all the steps and having a sufficient connection, you encounter synchronization problems, please contact email@example.com, specifying the device experiencing issues, and provide a screenshot of the synchronization problem.
