I am stuck on the login screen.
To log in, you must have received an invitation link via email, either from the Auticiel team when creating your Cloud or from another member of your institution designated as an administrator on the Cloud.
If you haven't received an invitation, please contact the digital contact person (and/or administrator of the Amikeo Cloud) at your institution.
If you have already accepted an invitation and created your account, you will need to use the same email address to which you received your invitation to authenticate.
If you have forgotten your password, you can simply use the forgot password feature.
Your password is confidential: never share it, even with other members of your team. Auticiel will never ask for your password.
I am stuck on the page loading.
You have successfully authenticated, but the page remains stuck on a loading screen. Please check all the elements that may prevent your Cloud from functioning properly:
Browser: The Amikeo Cloud is only accessible from the Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome browsers. Network: Some networks block access to internet resources. Try again on another network (e.g., from another Wi-Fi). Extensions: Some browser extensions can disrupt the proper functioning of the site. Try again by disabling all your extensions.
If the malfunction persists despite these checks, please contact support@auticiel.com, specifying the name and version of your browser, along with a screenshot of the step at which you are stuck.
